Tonco Contracting Inc. respects the privacy of our clients and is committed to protecting any personal information collected throughout the course of a project.

Personal information—including names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, payment information, project details, and any other confidential information—will be collected, used, and stored solely for the purposes of providing our services, administering contracts, processing payments, communicating with clients, and complying with applicable legal requirements.

Tonco Contracting Inc. does not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law or where necessary to complete the contracted work.

Project Documentation, Photography & Videography

Tonco Contracting Inc. reserves the right to photograph and video record project sites before, during, and after construction for the purposes of project documentation, quality control, warranty records, training, insurance documentation, and dispute resolution.
 

Unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client prior to the commencement of work, Tonco Contracting Inc. may also use photographs and video recordings of completed projects for marketing, advertising, social media, website galleries, portfolio presentations, educational materials, and other promotional purposes.
 

Tonco Contracting Inc. will make reasonable efforts to avoid identifying homeowners by name or disclosing sensitive personal information. House numbers, licence plates, personal belongings, or identifying features may be edited, obscured, or omitted where reasonably practical.
 

The Client grants Tonco Contracting Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use photographs and video recordings of the completed work for promotional and business purposes. Should a Client wish to opt out of marketing use, written notice must be provided before work begins. Such a request will not affect Tonco Contracting Inc.'s right to retain photographs and videos for internal documentation, quality assurance, warranty administration, insurance, and legal purposes.
